Before spraying disinfectant, we perform enhanced sanitation (extra cleaning targeted at frequently touched, frequently contaminated surfaces) on all touch points such as entrance handles, handrails, elevator buttons, tables and restroom stall handles/doors are sanitized as part of our disinfection service that we perform at all locations.
Electrostatic Disinfectant Application

The Electrostatic Disinfectant Application System places a positive (+) charge on the liquid droplets as they leave the spray nozzle. The dispersed droplets spread out more evenly and seek out a negative (-) or neutrally charged surface. The charged disinfectant droplets provide more uniform coverage with less waste, and like a magnet, are attracted to the surface, to cover and destroy germs where they may hide.

We apply an innovative coating that mechanically prevents the growth of microorganisms. This EPA registered microbiostatic antimicrobial coating forms a nano-bed shield of spikes each of which carry a positive charge that attracts the negatively charged microorganism. Once attached, the molecular spikes pierce the cell and rupture its membrane, causing the microorganism to die.
Does it protect against COVID-19? We do not have conclusive test data specifically against this strain of corona virus because it is so new, but this molecule has been tested against other corona viruses such as SARS and MERS. This microbiostatic coating protects against bacteria, which are typically more difficult to kill than viruses. The ultimate goal is to mitigate the spread of harmful microorganisms
